Who can use Clubbr?
Only University of Warwick students.
Is Clubbr affiliated with Warwick or any of the venues?
No - Clubbr is not affiliated with the University of Warwick, or any of the venues advertised.
Why can’t I see the seller’s full email before buying?
To prevent off-platform selling. The seller's email becomes visible after purchase.
What happens if I list my ticket but it doesn't sell?
Your ticket will automatically be filtered out the day after the event.
Can I change my mind once I list a ticket for sale?
Yes. You can cancel your listing at any time before the ticket sells. Once it has sold, you can no longer use or resell that ticket.
How do you stop fake/invalid tickets?
We can't - this is the reality of any ticket resale platform. However, every seller's @warwick.ac.uk email is revealed to the buyer after purchase. Anyone who lists a fake/used ticket will also be banned at our discretion.
Do I get the ticket instantly after paying?
Yes.
What if the event is cancelled/rescheduled after I purchase my ticket?
Clubbr cannot issue refunds or guarantee entry. In this situation, you should contact the seller directly to agree the next steps.
What tickets am I allowed to sell on Clubbr?
You can sell any club ticket you genuinely own and have the right to resell/transfer. Clubbr is mainly used for Warwick student nights, so local tickets are most likely to sell. Unrelated tickets probably won't get much interest.
Can I edit my listing later?
You can't edit your listing once posted. However, you can cancel your listing and create a new one, as long as the listing didn't get sold during that time.
My ticket isn't downloading - what should I do?
Downloads should happen automatically, and tickets can also be downloaded from the 'My tickets' page. If something is not working, contact support@clubbr.uk
Does Clubbr add a fee to listings?
Yes - Clubbr may add a small fee on top of your list price. You can view the final price once your ticket is listed. Fees may be removed during promotions.
What happens to sellers who scam people?
You will get banned via your Warwick email, and may be reported if necessary.
