These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Clubbr (“Clubbr”, “we”, “us”), a student-to-student
ticket marketplace. By using Clubbr you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Important summary: Clubbr is a marketplace platform. Tickets are listed by student sellers, bought by student buyers. We are not the
event organiser, venue, promoter, University of Warwick, or the ticket issuer, and we do not guarantee entry or
ticket validity. We do provide reporting tools and we take enforcement action (including bans) where appropriate.
1. About Clubbr
Clubbr is operated by Anuj Attarde trading as Clubbr.
Our support contact is support@clubbr.uk.
Clubbr is a marketplace that allows eligible students to list and purchase tickets from one another. Clubbr is not
affiliated with the University of Warwick or any venues, promoters, or event organisers.
Tickets sold on Clubbr are resale tickets provided by independent sellers. Entry is controlled by the venue/event
organiser and may be subject to their conditions (including age checks, ID requirements, named tickets, dress code,
entry times, and capacity limits).
2. Eligibility and accounts
2.1 Student-only eligibility
Clubbr is intended for University of Warwick students. You must sign up using a valid @warwick.ac.uk email address and complete any verification steps we require.
2.2 Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum age required to attend the relevant event, if higher).
2.3 Account security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for all actions taken through your account.
If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately.
2.4 Accurate information
You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts we reasonably
believe are ineligible, impersonating others, or misusing the platform.
3. Marketplace role and contracts
Clubbr provides the platform and tools to facilitate listing, discovery, purchase, and ticket delivery. The contract for the ticket (including any claims about validity/description) is between the seller and the buyer.
Clubbr is not the ticket issuer and does not promise that tickets will be accepted by venues. However, we may provide
dispute/reporting tools and take enforcement action (such as banning users) where appropriate.
4. Listings and seller obligations
4.1 Seller responsibilities
When you list a ticket, you represent and warrant that:
You have the right to sell/transfer the ticket.
The ticket is genuine and not duplicated.
Your listing is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
You will not sell the same ticket elsewhere once it is sold on Clubbr.
4.2 Required information
Sellers must include all relevant information, including (where applicable): face value, restrictions (student-only,
named tickets, ID requirements, entry times), and any other details a buyer needs to make an informed decision.
4.3 Prohibited listings
Counterfeit or duplicated tickets
Tickets you do not have the right to sell
Listings with materially misleading or omitted restrictions
Anything unlawful or designed to facilitate fraud
4.4 Listing removal
We may remove listings or restrict selling where we reasonably believe there is risk of fraud, policy violations, or
user harm.
5. Buying tickets
Review listing details carefully before purchasing.
Ensure you meet entry requirements (age/ID/student status) for the event.
Venue entry is controlled by the organiser/venue and is not guaranteed by Clubbr.
You will not list for resale any ticket originally purchased through Clubbr.
6. Final sale, disputes, refunds
6.1 General rule: sales are final
Unless required by law, purchases are generally final once confirmed. Clubbr does not provide “change
of mind” refunds by default.
6.2 Reports and investigations
If you believe a ticket is invalid or materially misdescribed, you can report it using Clubbr’s reporting tools
(see FAQs). We may request evidence from both parties. We may take enforcement actions
including warnings, listing removals, account restrictions, payout holds, or bans.
6.3 No guarantee of outcome
While we take reports seriously, we do not guarantee investigation outcomes or refunds. We are a marketplace and not
the ticket issuer.
6.4 Chargebacks
If a buyer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute, we may freeze related funds, suspend accounts, and recover funds
where permitted (including from seller payouts).
7. Fees
Clubbr may charge fees to buyers and/or sellers. Any fees will be shown before purchase confirmation. Fees are
generally non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.
8. Payments, holds, payouts
8.1 Secure payments
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Clubbr does not store full card details where a payment
provider is used.
8.2 Payout timing and holds
Seller payouts may be delayed for reasons including: fraud prevention, disputes, chargebacks, compliance, or operational
checks. We may apply holds around event dates or where risk signals are present.
8.3 Seller bank details
Sellers may provide bank details for payouts. We store bank details encrypted at rest and restrict access. You are
responsible for ensuring your details are correct; Clubbr is not liable for payouts sent based on incorrect details you
provided.
8.4 Marketplace role
Clubbr facilitates payments associated with marketplace transactions. Clubbr is not a bank.
9. Delivery and access
Tickets are delivered digitally through Clubbr (e.g. file download or other supported delivery mechanisms). Buyers are
responsible for ensuring they can access the ticket format provided.
Clubbr may provide links or downloads but does not guarantee third-party apps or venue systems will function.
10. Prohibited conduct
Fraud, scams, impersonation, harassment, or threats
Uploading malicious files or attempting to compromise the platform
Scraping, reverse engineering, or abusing rate limits
Using Clubbr to facilitate off-platform fee evasion after matching through Clubbr
11. User content
You retain ownership of content you upload (listings, messages, files). You grant Clubbr a licence to host, store,
display, and distribute that content to operate the Service.
You must not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or violates third-party rights.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
12.1 Disclaimers
Clubbr is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee tickets will be valid, that entry will be granted,
or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
12.2 Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clubbr is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or
losses arising from venue refusal, organiser policy changes, or seller misconduct.
Clubbr’s total liability to you in connection with the Service is limited to the greater of: (a) the total fees you
paid to Clubbr in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) £100, except where law requires
otherwise.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Clubbr harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your breach
of these Terms, your content, your listings, or your transactions.
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe there is fraud, repeated invalid-ticket reports,
serious policy violations, or security/compliance risk.
We may retain records as needed for disputes, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.
15. Changes to Terms or Service
We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we’ll provide reasonable notice. Continued use of Clubbr after an
update means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction,
except where consumer protection laws require otherwise.
